Privacy Policy
The protection of personal data and compliance with the 2016/679 general data protection regulation of the European Union (the ‘GDPR’) is a top priority for us. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is therefore to fully inform the visitors of shaker360.com website (the ‘Website’) about the data processing activities carried out herein.
The controller of the personal data submitted via the Website is Scitec Kft. (registered seat: H-2120 Dunakeszi, Csörsz árok köz 2. Hungary; place of central administration: H-1138 Budapest, Váci út 178. Hungary; company registration No.: 13-09-178132; the ‘Company’).
The Company may collect and process personal data on the Webpage for the following purposes:

For contact purposes
The visitor has the opportunity to contact the Company by sending a message and the requested contact details (name, e-mail, phone number, country and city, business entity type). In case the visitor is a natural person or the visitor’s contact details are referring to a natural person, the contact details may qualify as personal data. In this case, the legal base of processing the personal data is the prior consent of the data subject. The data subject provides his/her consent by acknowledging this privacy policy and then submitting the message and the contact details.
After the submission of the message and the contact details, the information is forwarded to the competent sales representatives of the Company via an automatic e-mail. The Company’s sales representative will then send a response and a partner ID to the data subject shortly. The details concerning the data subject are not stored by the Company in any further database.

For the purpose of handling product orders
After receiving a partner ID from the Company (please see the previous section), the visitor may send product orders to the Company, directly via the Website. If the visitor is a natural person or the visitor’s contact details are referring to a natural person, the details submitted via the order form may qualify as personal data. In this case, the legal base of processing the personal data is the necessity for the performance of the product order.
The product orders are stored by a third party data processor (company name: MediaCenter Hungary Kft.; registered seat: H-6000, Kecskemét, Sosztakovics u. 3. II, Hungary). Within the Company’s organization, solely the competent sales representatives shall have access to the stored data.

For the purpose of preparing statistic details
On its webpages, the Company uses Google Analytics program (https://policies.google.com/privacy/update?hl=en), for the purpose of preparing statistic details and analyzing the number and behavior of visitors reaching such webpages. The referred program places so-called cookies on the visitor’s computer for the purpose of data collection. By using the program, the Company gains information on how many visitors reached its webpages and how much time such visitors spent on the webpages. The program recognizes the visitor’s IP address and thus can see if the visitor reaches the webpage for the first time or not, furthermore the program is able to follow the route taken by the visitor, including the pages the visitor has entered.
The data subject is entitled to request further information about the processing of his/her personal data (via postal letter addressed to the Scitec Data Protection Officer, to the Company’s place of central administration or via e-mail addressed to email address). The Company fulfils the request within 25 calendar days. The data subject is entitled furthermore to request the erasure, blocking or correction of its personal data and he/she also has the right to object, to access court or to contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and for the Freedom of Information.
